Experiencing downtime can be stressful. However, we are here to help! Let us get your chromatography instruments up and running again. ALPHA-1 offers only the highest quality, guaranteed repair services to ensure that your chromatography instruments remain in optimal condition. Our repairs come at a lower cost than the OEMs and are typically done much quicker than our competitors. All you need to do is schedule a target repair date, and we will see that your instrument is fully repaired by that date.

Our Repair Options
On-Demand
This option is ideal if you have a couple of instruments which you need repaired by our expert technicians to get you back up and running. Our response time is one of the best in the industry. We can usually get you running 2-3 days after the reception of the PO.
The two types of repairs we perform are on-site repairs and bench repairs. We usually aim to repair the instrument on-site. However, in the event that a bench repair is required, we will give you an updated quote and timeframe for the repair.
Block of T & M
This option is a great intermediate between a service contract and on-demand repair. For this option, we allow you to purchase a block of time for repairs and PM’s ahead of time. This has 3 main advantages: (1) You create only one PO, which is used for all subsequent repairs, (2) you benefit from guaranteed 48h response time, and (3) it is a lower commitment than a service contract.
This option is ideal for those who have multiple critical systems and cannot afford any future downtime.
Service Contract
Many of our service contracts include preventative maintenance and repair services. This option is ideal for critical instruments where downtime needs to be limited. All of our plans include a guaranteed 48-hour response time.
What this means for you is that all the repairs covered under service contract receive priority; we take your service request and the instrument will be repaired within a guaranteed timeframe.

Once a PO is provided, we can schedule your desired time slot, evaluate the source of the problem on-site, and complete the repair.
In the event that a repair will exceed the initially quoted price, we will provide you with an updated quotation to ensure that any extra work is agreed upon before proceeding. This is part of our transparency policy. We may also provide you with various repair options in order to help save you money.
