Liquid Chromatography
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography systems (HPLC) are used to separate components in the liquid phase. They use a pump and a variety of detectors (PDA/DAD, VWD, FLD, RI, MS, etc.) and columns to separate complex mixtures such as drug, cannabis, food, and environmental analytes so that they can be identified, quantified, and collected. This analytical technique has been used in analytical laboratories for generations since Waters introduced it in 1964.
Ultra High-Performance Liquid Chromatography systems (UPLC) operate at higher pressures and, with the proper column, give better resolution, sensitivity, and faster run times than traditional HPLC.
We can provide a selection of models of pre-owned Agilent or Waters HPLC systems with desired detectors and modules.
